Flaggio

Flaggio — A fast-paced geography quiz built in Python and Pygame. Race a 60-second timer to identify flags from nearly 200 countries across three rising difficulty tiers. 

Easy mode offers continent hints; hard mode penalises wrong guesses. 

Most countries that can be abbreviated have to be (e.g. United Arab Emirates is UAE), however the exceptions are these:

North korea, south korea (not official name - dem rep korea or rep korea)

Vatican → vatican city

Cote d’Ivoire → Ivory coast

Democratic Republic of the Congo → DRC

Central African Republic → CAR

Saint kitts and nevis → st kitts and nevis

Timor-leste → timor leste

Republic of the Congo → rep congo

The casing of letters does not matter.
